How is page count calculated?

We count the actual number of pages in your document. For PDFs, it's the total page count. For Word documents, PowerPoint slides, and Excel sheets, each page/slide/sheet counts as one page.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF, Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), and JPEG images. Maximum file size is 100MB.

How do I pay?

Simply add funds to your wallet using Stripe (credit/debit card). When you translate a document, the cost is automatically deducted from your balance.

What if my translation fails?

If a translation fails for any reason, you won't be charged. Your wallet balance is only deducted after successful task creation.
